Do you support Superwall?

Not yet. Superwall doesn't currently provide a public API for accessing revenue metrics. If they add API support in the future, we'll add support for Superwall as well.

What data do you access?

We only access the minimum data needed to display your revenue metrics: Revenue and subscription metrics (MRR, ARR, revenue totals), App information (name, bundle ID, package name), App Store/Play Store URLs. We do not access user data, personal information, or any data beyond what's needed for revenue metrics.

How often is my data updated?

Different platforms sync at different frequencies: RevenueCat, RevenueCat Verified, Adapty: Updated once per hour. Apple Store Connect standalone, Google Play Store standalone: Updated once per day. App Store ratings: Synced daily. App screenshots: Synced weekly.

How long does it take to add my app?

Adding your app takes less than 1 minute. Simply enter your read-only API credentials and your app will appear on the leaderboard immediately after verification.

Can I remove my app later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you have full control. You can delete your app connection at any time, revoke API access by deleting or regenerating your API keys, or contact us if you need help removing your data.

Can I keep my app private or hidden?

Yes! We offer a stealth mode option. When enabled, your app name and store URLs are hidden from public view, only your revenue metrics are displayed, and your app appears as "Stealth App" in listings.

How do I update my app information after adding it?

You can update your app information anytime by going to your app's detail page, clicking the "Edit / Delete" button, updating your settings, and saving your changes.

Can I add multiple apps?

Yes! You can add as many apps as you want. Each app requires its own API key connection. All your apps will appear in your founder profile and you can manage each app independently.

Is this service free?

Yes, completely free! There are no charges for adding your apps, viewing metrics and leaderboards, using all features including stealth mode, or automatic hourly data syncing.

What if my API key expires or I need to change it?

No problem! You can update your API key anytime by going to your app's detail page and clicking "Edit / Delete", entering your new API key, and saving your changes. Your app will continue syncing with the new key.

Can I choose which metrics to display?

Yes! For RevenueCat, RevenueCat Verified, and Adapty integrations, you can control which metrics are visible. Some metrics like MRR and revenue are always visible for verification, but you can hide optional metrics like active subscriptions, trials, churn rate, etc.

How long does it take for my app to appear after adding it?

Usually within a few minutes. Your app is added immediately after successful credential verification, initial metrics are fetched right away, and data syncs automatically every hour after that.

Can I use multiple platforms for the same app?

No, each app can only be connected through one platform at a time. Our system prevents duplicate entries to keep the database clean and accurate. If you want to switch platforms, you'll need to delete the existing connection first.
